Ground floor
The entrance to the house is directly from the drive. Off the entrance is a downstairs toilet and the utility room which includes a fridge/freezer, washer and dryer. Access to the double garage is via the utility room.
Living space
A short staircase leads to the large dining kitchen with french doors leading on to a small balcony with lovely views. Well equipped with all the usual appliances including a range cooker and dishwasher the kitchen has everything you need and the large dining table seats eight.
The second half of the staircase brings you to the main level and the very large, bright sunroom, providing a perfect area for reading or simply relaxing. This leads outside to the south facing patio. A final set of stairs leads to the top level and the lounge with amazing views, flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo and free wi-fi.
The Bedrooms
San Ging has four bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people. Spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, wc and basin, twin bedroom, further king size bedroom and bunk room. The house bathroom has a large shower and free standing bath, wc and basin. A further wc is downstairs next to the utility room.
Quality bed linen and towels are provided.
A Travel cot, high chair and stair gate are available. A 4ft folding bed is also available.
Outside is a sunny patio area with table and chairs, and grill BBQ. Parking for two+ cars is on the driveway along with an EVCP.
