“High Rigg” is a four bedroomed Victorian terraced house in a quiet residential road less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout and will accommodate six people. The house is rated 4 star by Visit England. Dogs accepted.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are on the ground floor.
There are four bedrooms, one double bedroom (kingsize) and one single bedroom on the first and second floors. All have wash basins. The bathroom is on the first floor and has a bath with shower over, wash basin and wc. There is a separate shower room with wc and wash basin.
The house is carpeted and has gas central heating throughout with gas fires in the dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine / tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob.
Facilities at High Rigg include free wifi, satellite TV (with Sky Sports), a DVD player and a CD player. There is also a hair dryer, iron, ironing board and high-chair. An understairs cupboard is suitable for storing boots, coats, rucksacks. etc.
There is street parking at the front of the house (unrestricted) and to the rear a small back garden with washing line, garden table and seats.
