Our Static Caravans really are a luxury home-from-home. Each one is individually designed with modern and stylish furnishings and fittings including ensuite wc/shower to the main bedroom.

Derwent Cottage is a dog friendly 2 bedroom cottage in the heart of keswick, with parking.

Derwent Cottage is a contemporary town house within a quiet, residential courtyard a couple of minutes walk from the shopping area and within easy walking distance of Derwentwater, Theatre by the Lake and the fells beyond. The stylish, fresh interior and central location provide an excellent base for your holiday.

The front door leads into a bright hallway with coat hooks, a shoe storage area and stairs up to the bedrooms. The kitchen is light and airy and has a good range of well-equipped units , kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and hob, extractor hood and slow cooker.

The lounge/diner has a contemporary feel, with new sofa and two armchairs, a round glass dining table and four chairs. There is a wall mounted Smart TV, DAB radio with Bluetooth facility and full wi-fi access. Patio doors look out over a small lawned area and communal open gardens around Elm Court. There is a patio table and chairs for guests use. The grounds are often visited by the local ducks and pheasants from the nearby river bank.

The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail, new laminate flooring.

Bedrooms consist of one dual aspect master bedroom with super king size bed. The views stretch over the River Greta and beyond to Portinscale and Skiddaw. There is a lovely oak wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside Units. The twin bedroom has a built in wardrobe and small vanity unit. Luggage stands are available in both bedrooms. All beds have duvets and towels are provided, along with a hair dryer.

Rowling End is a traditional Lakeland farmhouse in Newlands Valley, near Keswick. The house offers relaxed, Five Star luxury, for up to eight people. The location provides the perfect holiday base for many Lakeland walks without the need for a car. Whether you are looking to explore the high fells, lakes, valleys or simply wish to enjoy the stunning views, Rowling End is ideally situated.
The house has a large farmhouse kitchen with an Aga and open fires in each of the sitting rooms. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, 2 king-sized doubles and 2 twins. There is an additional large family bathroom with shower and roll top free standing bath.
Rowling End has two separate sitting rooms, both with wood burners and smart TVs & DVD players. Free WiFi is provided.
The kitchen/dining room is equipped with an oil-fuelled Aga; an electric oven and hob; American- style fridge freezer; dishwasher; microwave and a large family dining table.
There is a drying room/utility room for outdoor gear, also with a washer/dryer and a further cloak room with WC and wash basin.

Fornside is in a peaceful location at the foot of the Helvellyn range, surrounded by dramatic Lakeland scenery in delightful St. John's-in-the-Vale, near Keswick. At the heart of the farm nestle four cosy self-catering eco holiday cottages, beautifully converted from traditional stone barns. The 17th Century buildings use 21st Century technology and are heated with an environmentally friendly ground source heat pump system, partly powered by solar panels. As well as installing underfloor heating and cosy fireplaces, we have carefully furnished each cottage to ensure you have a restful and restorative stay.
