Pinecroft is a very pleasant detached bungalow, accommodating up to 5 guests, situated on Eleventrees on the eastern side of Keswick with western views toward Grisedale Pike. The property has fantastic features and facilities including private parking, large garden, and quality furnishings. It sleeps 5.

The Eyrie is beautifully decorated without following any trend but encapsulating nature. The layout provides both intimacy and space; whilst there are amazing views from every room, some with dual aspect. Both seconds from the heart of the town and also on the edge of nature with the river Greta both visible and audible from the lounge window. It sleeps 8.

Ellergill accommodates up to 10 adults, in two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom and two King bedrooms, over three floors. The modern kitchen is complimented by the rustic wooden dining table. Ellergill retains the turn-of-the-century blue and red hall floor tiles, and an electric fire offers cosy warmth in one of the living areas. A family bathroom is on the first floor, a downstairs toilet and four ensuites in the twin and King bedrooms. Chaucer’s Retreat is a lower ground floor apartment in the expertly converted former Chaucer House Hotel, a local heritage building located directly opposite St John’s Church in the heart of Keswick. Sleeping two, it is a large apartment with its own private entrance and car parking space.

The apartment is accessed via its own private entrance at the back of Chaucer House. It has a hallway and cloak area and steps down into a spacious apartment with views of Latrigg and beyond from the lounge/diner window.

It is equipped to the highest standard. The fully fitted kitchen, has a dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and fan assisted oven and a variety of high quality kitchen utensils and crockery. There is also a utility area are with a washer dryer. The large open plan lounge and dining area has a Smart TV, DVD player, leather suit, coffee table, book case and a dining table with seating for two.

The bedroom has a king size bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and hair dryer. There is a full bathroom next to the bedroom with bath, sink and toilet and there is also a separate shower room and toilet. Chose a luxuriant bath after a long walk or quick shower before dinner.

We have 4 cottages at our beautiful small country estate just 2 miles from Keswick with views of helvellyn and blencathra. three cottages in our converted 18thC barn for 2 and 4.

Beautiful barn converted cottages set in grounds including woodland and our meadow, which we are re-wilding with a new pond and 3500 young native trees, designed to encourage wildlife, including badgers, foxes, red squirrels and many song birds. Ball play paddock, walking form the door, pet friendly cottages converted from our 19th century bank barn. (A bank barn is a traditional style built into the fell side to allow level access to the upper story)
