Carrock Glamping Pods

Carrock Glamping Pods are nestled at the foot of Carrock Fell, which Wainwright said to be the 2nd most interesting Fell in the Lake District.

We have two superb Glamping Pods, complete with en-suite shower rooms, facing Carrock and the Sunset.

Imagine yourself sat beside the fire pit which is open to the stars – no street lights here, on a romantic getaway. Then snuggle up on the sofa in the Pod for a truly relaxing holiday. The glass front means you will never miss the amazing view whatever the weather.

Facilities included:

  • Site for couples.
  • Made up Double Bed.
  • Mini Kitchen for basic cooking including- kettle, toaster, fridge, crockery & cutlery, pots & pans, microwave, kitchen sink, tea towel & washing up liquid.
  • En suite shower room, with Towels.
  • Flat-screen TV.
  • Heating.
  • Outdoor Fire pit.
  • Outdoor seating on private veranda.

Location

DIRECTIONS 
Leave the M6 at j40 (Penrith) and take the A66 west to Keswick for approx 8 miles.

Turn right opposite the farm shop, Signed for Hutton Roof & Berrier. 

Take 2nd left opposite The Sportsman’s Inn.

Drive though Berrier and past the Nature Reserve on the top of the hill.
Straight on at the cross roads.

Take the 2nd left road junction signed for Hesket New Market & Caldbeck. 

Down the hill, over the River Caldew. 

The road bends sharp to the right, on this bend, turn LEFT onto a private road signed Linewath, & Carrock Glamping Pods. 

Drive straight through the farm yard to the other side of the farm buildings. 
Carrock Pods are on the Left.

Speed Limit of 15pmh on the farm lane & through the farm.
