Brandelhowe, Derwent House 

Brandelhowe is a two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment, with direct street access.

It mixes the old and new perfectly by retaining some original features, such as the old range in the lounge wall, window seat in the lounge, and exposed stonework.

It offers two double bedrooms, both ensuite with bespoke headborads and bedside tables.  The first double has a  full ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over . The second double bedroom has a fully tiled ensuite shower room.

The lounge diner and open plan kitchen has everything you need for a holiday with all new appliances, including oven, hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Dining is around a bespoke table and bench seating. There is a separate utility space with a washer dryer.

Brand new central heating, contemporary sofas and Smart TV and broadband make this a fantastic base any time of the year.

Brandelhowe sleeps 4 people.

It is dog friendly and has one allocated parking space.
