We have a range of properties from modern houses and apartments in quite residential blocks, to a traditional house in the Victorian part of town or an apartment in a converted mill building. Some are dog friendly and all have the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Brundholme House

A three bedroom house on Briar Rigg, with amazing views of the Skiddaw range.  It sleeps 6 in a double room, twin room and bunk bed room, ideal for family groups. There is plenty of room to spread out, with an enclosed garden, sun room and balcony on the first floor to take in the views. It is dog friendly, has two parking spaces and EV charger.  

Hazelgrove

A four bedrrom terraced house in the Victorian part of town, close to St Johns Church and the Alhambra cinema. Ideal for a family groups - two double bedrooms, two bunk bedrooms and two bathrooms, set over three floors. Hazelgrove sleeps up to 8 (max 6 adults) 

Derwent House - Portinscale

Derwent House offers four lovely apartments, all recently refurbished to a very high standard. They are located just across Portinscale Bridge, a 15 minute walk to the centre of Keswick:

  • Brandelhowe is ground floor, dog friendly and has its own separate entrance off the street. It has two double bedrooms, both ensuite
  • Withesike is on the first floor, also dog friendly, Two double bedrooms, family bathroom and lovely kitchen and living space. 
  • Victoria is on the econd floor apartment, two double bedrooms, family bathroom and lovely lounge space with kitchen diner. It has great views of Derwentwater. 
  • Otterbield is on the top floor, It has one bedroom, a fabulous lounge diner and fantastic views over Derwentwater.  

Chaucers Retreat

Sleeps 2 in a king size master vedroom, two bathrooms, lounge/diner and separate kitchenLocated in an iconic Georgian building in the heart of Keswick, it has allocated parking too. 

7 Greta Grove House

Sleeps 4 in a king size, master bedroom and a twin bedroom. A large and bright second floor apartment with great kitchen and living room.  Allocated parking speace. 

Chaucer Apartment 

A two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the popular Chaucer House, opposite St John's CHurch and a minute's walk into the centre of town.   Fantastically convenient location, offering peace and quiet close to the heart of town. Allocated parking for one car.  

5 Greta Side Court

Super first floor compact apartment in converted pencil mill, next to the River Greta. One bedroom with amazing views of the River Greta and Fitz Park. 

Several of our properties are in the ever popular Elliott Park area of town, close to Booths supermarket and a short walk away from Crow Park, Derwentwater and Theatre By The Lake. They all have allocated parking and offer a peaceful stay in the heart of town and views of the surrounding fells.
