Wild Wellbeing 

What is it to be wild?


Our wild wellbeing sessions range from forest bathing & mindfulness in nature to full moon women’s circles, moon bathing & cacao ceremonies in the forest and fire walking. Whether you are looking for calm & relaxation or connection & empowerment, there is something here for you. Wild Wellbeing sessions are held at our beautiful site at Whinlatter Forest, just outside Keswick.

 

Wellbeing Retreats 

How often do you allow your body and mind truly relax? To make time to pause and reflect on life? To offer love and kindness to yourself? To connect with nature in a slow and gentle way? 

We offer a range of day and weekend retreats across the Lake District and further afield to help you do just that. 

From mindfulness & relaxation, forest bathing and foraging, to wild woman & warrior woman retreats you can be sure you will be well looked after on these nourishing events.

Lakeland Wellbeing offers a range of in person courses from our wellbeing centre in Keswick and at Whinlatter forest.

About Jen & her team 

Jen, wild wellbeing guide, Reiki Master Teacher, spiritual coach and fire walking instructor holds the space for you to find calm, healing and empowerment, supporting you to listen to your inner knowing and guidance, and giving you the tools you need to heal and grow. 

With a deep connection to the land, Jen works with the old ways, the seasons and cycles of nature & the moon to bring about healing and transformation. 

Energy healing has always been part of Jen’s life and she weaves this magic into all of her offerings, holding space and opening the door for you to discover and reveal the inner wild you. 

Jen and her team of professional practitioners have your deepest interests at heart and hold space for you to heal in a safe and loving way.

Please note there is no parking at the centre. There is 2 hour disc parking on The Headlands or Central Carpark & the Rubgy Club carpark are a short walk.
