Number 10 is a stylish and elegant, family run Bed and Breakfast, with private car parking, situated very close to the centre of Keswick and just moments away from Derwentwater Lake and the fells.

Offering comfortable accommodation, recently refurbished to a very high standard, you can be assured of a warm welcome, personal approach and excellent value for money.

The beautifully decorated bedrooms come with excellent facilities including quality linen and furniture, tv's with DVD player, radio alarm clocks, hairdryer and a selection of toiletries.

At Number 10 you can start your day with a tasty and nutritious breakfast. Choose from our menu where you can be assured your breakfast is cooked to order.

Using bacon and sausage from an award winning Cumbrian butcher, Number 10 uses locally sourced produce wherever possible. We are happy to cater for all dietary needs including coeliac, vegetarian and vegan. Please mention your requirements when booking. We are proud to support Fair Trade.

We have provision for drying jackets and boots.

Packed lunches and free flask fills available.

Number 10 is non smoking throughout.

Sorry but we are unable to accept pets.

Location

From the M6 junction 40, follow the A66 for 17 miles turning off at the first sign for Keswick.

Follow signs for Keswick town centre, stay on this road. On your left hand side you will see Londis/BP garage, continue on this road until you see the war memorial on your right. This will bring you to the top of a slight incline. Take a very sharp turn left on to Southey Street. Cumbrian Properties will be to your right. Continue for 100 yards, the Methodist Church is on your right. Turn into the church entrance then immediately left. This will bring you to our car park.

Please note there is NO entrance to the guest house from the back of the car park.
