Built in 1894, the traditional Lakeland Slate Victorian town house offers five double en-suite bedrooms which are ideal for a romantic retreat or much needed escape at the stunning Lake District National Park.

Retaining its original pitch pine doors and stairway, Abacourt House has been recently refurbished to provide guests with home-from-home comforts in a friendly and welcoming environment for relaxing amid beautiful surroundings. Guests are invited to take advantage of clean bedrooms offering Freeview televisions, touch lamps, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and free Fibre Broadband Wi-Fi – all aimed to make your stay as comfortable as possible – along with 'Breakfast Award' accolade cooked-to-order traditional English breakfasts, served using fresh local produce and delicious Cumberland sausages.

With keys provided upon arrival, guests are free to discover all that the traditional market town of Keswick has to offer at their leisure, from local shops and quaint tea rooms to numerous outdoor stores, bistros, steak houses and oriental restaurants.
