Latrigg View and Riverside View

Latrigg View and Riverside View are both ground floor apartments in the ever popular Elliott Park area, close to the heart of Keswick.

They are both ground floor and are located in Elm Court and Greta Grove House  - both quiet well maintained blocks, with allocated parking, a couple of minute’s level walk from the shopping area and within easy walking distance of Derwent water.

Latrigg View:

Accommodation

  • Large hallway with coat hooks, shoe storage and bookcase with maps and guide books.
  • The kitchen is well equipped with new units and an excellent range of utensils and equipment; a refrigerator and freezer, washing machine with tumble drier, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, slow cooker and dishwasher.
  • The dual aspect lounge/dining room has patio doors overlooking the communal gardens and a window overlooking a small shingled sitting area at the rear of the property. It has comfortable seating, oak dining table and chairs, Smart 40 inch TV, Sound Bar with bluetooth facility, DVD, digital radio and an electric fire.
  • Bedrooms consist of a double with high quality built in wardrobes and ensuite (wash hand basin and toilet) and a large twin. All beds have duvets and linen, towels and hairdryer is provided.
  • The main shower room has a large power shower, toilet, wash hand basin and shaver point.

Sutable property for adult couples and families. A travel cot and high chair can be provided.

We had everything we needed at the flat and one of our usual problems being a family of 4 with a baby and a toddler is a lack of space but the apartment is very large with a big floor space, light and airy. Riverside View

Dog friendly Riverside View is a light and airy two bedroom ground floor apartment set in peaceful grounds with regular visists from ducks and pheasants from the river bank. It is only a short walk from the town centre, with allocated parking.

Accommodation

There is a secure external entrance leading to the internal entrance door, with entry answer phone. The apartment is set in well maintained communal gardens.

The front door leads to a bright hallway with large store cupboard with coat hooks and shoe storage.

The kitchen is well equipped with new units and an excellent range of utensils and integrated equipment; a refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine with tumble drier, electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a small bistro table and 2 chairs.

The spacious and airy lounge/diner has a rear aspect with views across the communal gardens to the fells. It has comfortable seating (large sofa and two chairs), round oak dining table and chairs, Smart TV, DVD, digital radio and an electric fire.

Bedrooms consist of a double with oak wardrobe and a spacious twin bedroom. All beds have duvets and linen and hair dryer is provided.

The fully tiled bathroom has a deep bath with mains shower over, toilet, wash hand basin and shaver point.

Guests generally bring their own towels (provision can be arranged at time of booking).

A travel cot and high chair can be provided.

One dog is very welcome provided it is never left alone in the property.

Location

Travelling west towards Keswick from Penrith on the A66 take the first turning left signed to Keswick. Turn right at the junction with the A591 from Ambleside and head downhill past the Twa Dogs public house and continue on through a pedestrian crossing, following the road as it bends left and then right through another pedestrian crossing at the western end of the Market Place. Turn left at the small mini roundabout just 100yards further on and then filter to go on the right hand fork past the taxi rank and bus stops outside of Booths Store. Turn right again and ignore the turning right to go into Booth’s car park but continue along to the car parking areas amongst the houses and apartments a little ahead.  Riverside VIew is in Elm Court and Latrigg View is in Greta Grove House.
