16 Greta Grove House is a large two bedroom, two bathroom first floor apartment in the very popular Greta Grove House. It boasts lovely views towards the Skiddaw range and has the benefit of a passenger lift for easy access.

The front door leads to an L shaped hallway with coat hooks and shoe storage and electronic building access.
The kitchen is well equipped with gloss units and an excellent range of utensils and equipment; a refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, slow cooker and dishwasher. The apartment also has an electric clothes airer.
The dual aspect lounge/dining room has views towards Skiddaw and Little Dodd and features patio doors with wrought iron Juliet balcony. It has comfortable seating, a dining table and chairs for 4, Smart TV, DVD, digital radio and an electric fire. There is a book case with a selection of guidebooks and maps of the area.
Bedrooms consist of an ensuite king size master with lovely oak furniture and high quality bedlinen and views of the fells. The ensuite has a toilet, wash hand basin and electric shower. It also has a large twin room with built in cupboards and hanging space and views out towards Latrigg.
All beds have duvets and bedlinen and towels are provided for guests.
The newly installed fully tiled family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, wash hand basin and shaver point.
A travel cot and high chair can be provided.

Greta Grove House is a quiet, low rise building with well-kept communal grounds, very close to the centre of Keswick. Booths supermarket is a minute’s walk away and you can be at Derwentwater and the Theatre by the Lake in 10 minutes. The apartment has a numbered parking space.
