Acorn Cottage is a spacious double-fronted, 4 bedroom property believed to be almost 200 years old. Full of charm and character it has recently been fully renovated and refurbished to a high standard. It is very conveniently situated in a quiet area yet within a few minutes walk of both Keswick town centre and Derwentwater.The two large reception rooms make this house an ideal base for extended family groups and walkers.

The entrance porch, which provides storage space for coats and boots, opens into a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and an open fireplace with a traditional Lakeland stone surround, TV, DVD, Bose CD player and radio. A fully fitted quality kitchen and utility area contains an electric double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble-drier. The separate spacious dining area has table and chairs, bookshelves with a selection of books, CD's, DVD's, toys and games for your enjoyment. On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with super king size bed (can be made up as twin beds on request - a charge applies) and room for a cot if required, a king size room, a newly fitted bathroom with a shower over the bath, a vanity unit with basin and a wc, and a further washroom with basin, vanity unit and wc. On the second floor there are two single bedrooms with views of Castle Head and Walla Cragg through velux windows. These two rooms are light and airy but have limited headroom. One of the single bedrooms has a TV. Outside there is a small enclosed rear patio with a gated side passage giving access on to the street. There is unrestricted on-steet parking in front of the cottage. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is included in the rental. Towels & bed linen are provided.

Crandy Nook

Crandy Nook is a fabulous 4-bed maisonette set over 3 floors, refurbished to a very high specification, and boasting stunning views of Skiddaw, Walla Crag and Latrigg. Set right in the heart of Keswick this property offers everything you could need, modern facilities, spacious rooms, high ceilings, views over the town centre to the fells beyond and easy access to restaurants, shops, cafes, pubs, shops etc and less 100 metres from Fitz park. Ideal for larger groups or anyone who wants to forget about the car and be right in the hub of the vibrant town.

The accommodation consists of 2 large double bedrooms, one with bay window overlooking one of the main shopping areas of the town, a ¾ bedroom and single bedroom. All are well furnished with oak furniture and have co-ordinating fabrics. There are 2 luxury bathrooms, both have baths, walk-in showers and heated towel rails. The kitchen and living area are located on the top floor and enjoy magnificent panoramic views. The fully fitted kitchen has a slate floor, granite worktops and integrated appliances with an abundance of storage and worktop space. The living / dining area, which is light and airy with a high ceiling, has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, DVD player and CD player with iPod docking station, two leather settees, dining table & six comfortable dining chairs. There is a utility / drying room next to the main entrance and plenty of space for boots and coats. Although there is no allocated parking, two parking permits are provided. Towels are provided. Access is via a metal staircase (at the rear of the building) which leads to the entrance door on the first floor of this Victorian building.

Head upstairs, you will find two further bedrooms, one twin bedroom (can be made up as superking on request) and another double bedroom. Each room will be dressed in luxury linen and towels for your arrival. T

he top floor makes the perfect social space for families or groups to spend quality time together. There is a comfortable light and airy living area with new leather sofas, bespoke dining space and a fully equipped quality kitchen with all the mod cons.

There are french doors in the lounge leading out onto the balcony area where you could easily spend an hour or two enjoying the stunning fell views and entire Keswick town. There is a private patio at the back of the house with a round picnic table. Additionally, a hose and brush are provided for walking boot cleaning. There is also a separate shed for bike storage if required.
