Lake View Caravan

Lake View sits in a outstanding position with fabulous uninterrupted views across Bassenthwaite Lake, Skiddaw and the Northern Lake District Fells. Lake View is a luxury holiday home with plenty of space both inside and out, being the only static holiday home at Irton House you can enjoy the mobile home experience without being in a “Park” environment. Lake View very comfortably sleeps four, with a king sized en-suite bedroom, and a twin bedroom with full sized single beds and a separate shower/toilet. There is also the convenience of a double pull-down bed, in the living room (with lake views), should you require a bedroom with a view. Although designed originally to sleep 6 the maximum occupancy of Lake View is 4 persons.

Has all modern appliances; double glazing and central heating ensure you stay warm and cosy.

Pets: We operate a no-pets policy for Lake View, but do welcome pets in all our other accommodation. Please see our self-catering cottages page for the properties where we do welcome pets.

Outside there is a large decked area for dining or relaxing. There is now a site plan available that shows the location of Lake View – click here.

Outside
Apart from its prime location and large deck, complete with table and chairs, Lake View is really about making the best of the views looking down the valley and across Bassenthwaite Lake.

Sit outside and eat breakfast to some amazing sunrises or, maybe, enjoy a glass of something whilst the sun sets? The choice is yours but the setting is really rather special.

Step off the decking and there is plenty of space to run around or enjoy a kick about with the kids. You can also enjoy the free facilities at Irton House, including the games room (pool table and table tennis), use of pedal go karts and push scooters. There is also a wilderness campfire, with rustic log seating and log table and tree house play structure. These facilities are nestled slightly away from the main accommodation areas so as not to disturb others, but also provide fantastic views whilst enjoying an evening around a campfire/barbeque.

The large relaxing lounge with its amazing views also has all the creature comforts you are likely to want such as comfy seating, an electric fire, a large TV with Freeview and DVD player, and did we mention the views?
