*Update as of 7th August - Ricky is unable to join us, continuing his successful season he is now racing in Italy. We will still be running and will have another athlete, goody bags, bacon butties and a bounty of Salomon and Suunto products to test*

This event is on Saturday 18th August at 10 am for a 10:30 start. This event is 'Open to all Levels' of trail runners, this is a really great opportunity for road runners to come and try trail running.

There is a nominal entry fee of £10, monies raised will be donated to Fix-the-Fells.

The team from Salomon will be with us. You will get the chance to try on a selection of fell and trail shoes, race vests, running jackets and Suunto GPS watches. You will get advice on how to make the right choices to keep comfortable, safe and prepared while out running in the fells here in the Lake District.
