Direction

On the C2C Cycle route 200 yds north of Greystoke village green, direction Blencowe. We welcome all cyclists and walkers and ask all those with cars to walk the 350yds from the village car park around the Greystoke Castle walls. We can offer parking in our driveway to cycle support vehicles and those attending our workshop days, Bus links to Penrith and Keswick. Penrith railway station 5 miles

Details

Under Ella's expert guidance design and create your own pewter vessel. The first part of the day you will learn how to apply textures and patterns to sheet metal using traditional machinery called 'rolling mills' , followed by using soldering techniques to complete the building of your pot . You might wish to bring along some of your own patterns / textures to work with such as lace, stencils or foliage.

This class covers a broad range of skills and is suitable for beginners as well as attendees with previous silver or jewellery making experience
