From Keswick: Take the A66 west towards Cockermouth. At Braithwaite turn west onto the B5292 for Lorton. Follow Visitor Centre Sign Posts.

Join our experienced, knowledgeable ranger as they lead you around our amazing forest and show you just how much grows under the trees!

Our ranger will help you to spot what forest food you can eat and foods you should not along the way.

Please wear clothes suitable for walking and the weather. Car parking charges apply for non-members.

Suitable for ages 5+. Children must be accompanied 
Sorry no dogs.
