Details

Join Sands in the Lake District National Park for this one day event and take on either a 10 mile or 20 mile circular route from the beautiful market town of Keswick. This full-day adventure, whether you’re a seasoned hiker or tackling your first big trek, we’ll make sure you’re fully prepared – with training tips, guidance, and plenty of encouragement along the way. Although this is a self-guided walk, you won’t be alone. A team of qualified, experienced, and friendly leaders will be with you throughout, offering advice, support, and motivation to keep you moving forward. 

With your fellow walkers and support of marshals, you will wind your way around Derwent Water, taking in the beautiful lakeland fells around you and the stunning scenic countryside. All you need to do is put one foot in front of the other and enjoy the amazing atmosphere, all whilst knowing you are helping to make a difference.

Sands walking community is special and events like Trek Together provide the opportunity for all to come together with friends, families and new faces to make memories and remember every loved and missed baby. Please do join us in their name and be a part of  this challenge. All funds raised will help us save babies' lives and help anyone affected by the death of a baby.
