Join Aaron and the team from The Conscious Self at their  on our Saturday Sauna (10 slots per hour available) and enjoy the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. Let the heat melt away your stress and tension as you enjoy the serene surroundings. Don't miss out on this unique experience to treat yourself to some self-care.
