Description
During the day we may be exploring external conditions. Enjoying the beautiful lakes and mountains of this area of the Lake District.
On these evenings we will explore the inner conditions of our own mind. Enjoying the peace and calm that comes from a positive and peaceful mind.
Whether you are new to meditation or interested in Buddhist philosophy these talks will offer a different perspective and focus for your daily life.
You can choose to come along to an individual topic that you find interesting or a talk that is happening while you are visiting the area.
As well as a talk there will be a guided meditation, Q&A and refreshments with time to discuss with others.
