This nourishing combination of forest bathing & mindfulness, foraging and cooking up a vegan feast over the campfire is sure to leave you relaxed and nourished with your tastebuds fulfilled! Working in alignment with nature, we focus on gratitude and kindness for ourselves and our planet.

We begin with forest bathing, walking slowly and mindfully through the forest, using all of our senses to connect with the nature around us. Foraging spring plants and new growth as we go, we learn about their nutritional and medicinal properties, gathering ingredients for our lunch.

After a nourishing brew of forest tea, amazing vegan cook Kat Hale from Kat’s Kitchen will teach us how to rustle up a delicious meal with organic fair trade and foraged ingredients over the campfire. This interactive session (yes you get to take part in the cooking too) with mindful and planet friendly eating will blow your tastebuds off and demonstrate how easy it is to cook with planet friendly ingredients.

Jen will then guide us through an afternoon of relaxing mindful meditation to help us digest our lunch, focusing on loving kindness for ourselves and the planet!
