Details

Create your own pop up cards and some Kirigami models from nature. Kirigami is the Japanese art of folding and cutting paper. 
Gavin, a Cumbrian based comic book artist, learnt the skill of Kirigami after spending 8 years in Japan, where paper folding is part of the culture and even the curriculum in schools
This creative class for children is inspired by the Matisse & Contemporary Paper Artists Exhibition. The paper for this class has been kindly sponsored by James Cropper Speciality Paper from Burneside

Maximum 12 children per session
