Rheged is delighted to curate its first Paper Art Exhibition. Featuring 35 lithographic prints of the famous cut-outs produced by Henri Matisse (1869-1954) in the last four years of his life. The wider Gallery features 200 artworks by 42 leading British Paper Artists including animation, origami, fashion, collage, 3-D sculpture, paper cuts and a specially commissioned Lake District themed Paper installation by Amy Williams. 

There's fun for all the family in our make and create area, where you can get crafty with paper. Make your own paper hat or your own Matisse inspired masterpiece. 

Entry is any time from 9am until 5.30pm (last entry at 4.45pm)
