Direction

From Keswick: Take the A66 west towards Cockermouth. At Braithwaite turn west onto the B5292 for Lorton. Follow Visitor Centre Sign Posts.

Details

Kick start your bank holiday celebrations with a fun, friendly, fitness kick in the forest!  All abilities welcome, and we offer lots of adaptations to make sure you can work hard at your level. We will be outdoors in the forest, so bring waterproofs, or suncream, or whatever the weather dictates.

We recommend bringing an old gym mat or towel or similar for some exercises which will be floor based.
