Sculpt a life size chicken wire Hen or Duck for your Garden with Susan Nichols.

*Susan is extremely busy at present and unable to confirm at this stage whether she can join us in Greystoke next year - usually August - for more of her excellent Wire Workshops.

Sue travels from the furthest reaches of East Yorkshire to the Lake District to teach students how to make her fabulous wire sculptures using her special pre-prepared sectioned galvanised chicken wire. Amazingly life like, solid and sturdy, these sculptures will last for years They can be sprayed with coloured car paint (ie from Halfords) or left as a lovely faded galvanised silver colour.

The course takes place in the first floor Swallow Barn Studio.

PLEASE NOTE: Working with wire is tiring on the hands. Our wire courses are NOT SUITABLE for anyone suffering from tiredness, muscle fatigue or arthritis of any form.
