Join us at Lakeside Cafe where the wonderful Laura @londontolakes will be leading a sunrise yoga session. A wonderful 90 minute session, starting with breath work, follwed by some movements and stillness to finish. After the session enjoy a wonderful breakfast/ brunch before getting on with your day!
