Forest bathing is back and is the ultimate social distancing activity - outside, easy to distance from others whilst sharing the riches and insight that the natural environment can bring! Lockdown has left many feeling bruised and re-establishing a connection to nature can be a very healing and nourishing experience.
Shinrin-Yoku is a wonderful opportunity to relax, unwind & connect with the natural environment. It allows you to switch off from the pressures of life and simply 'be'. Engaging in sensory invitations allows us to be at one with nature and sharing our reflections with a group of like minded people over a cup of tea brings a sense of friendship & connection.
The benefits of Shinrin-Yoku are many, including; Reduces stress hormone production, boots the immune system, lowers heart rate and blood pressure, improves general feelings of well-being and happiness and boost creativity.
