From M6 jct 40 and follow A66 towards Keswick, follow brown signs to Theatre and Lakeside. On foot the theatre is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Keswick.
Lara Melda is the brilliant young pianist who won the BBC Young Musician competition in 2010, performing Saint-Saëns’ Piano Concerto No. 2 in the final. Since then her career has blossomed in the UK, as well as internationally; she made her Wigmore Hall debut in 2017 and her BBC Proms debut in 2018. She returns to Wigmore Hall in November 2019 with a similar programme to her
programme for us here in Keswick; Chopin, Rachmaninov, Prokofiev and Lyadov.
