A special gala performance for which the MS Society UK will be the main beneficiary.

Making her debut at Theatre by the Lake, the West End legend Marti Webb appears in a special charity gala concert alongside the talented home grown entertainer Clark Wilkinson and two other professional musicians. In a career spanning over 50 years Marti is well established as one of Britain's favourite musical stars, having performed leading roles in the West End productions of many successful shows such as Stop The World I Want To Get Off, Half-a-Sixpence, Oliver, Godspell, Cats, Thoroughly Modern Millie and Blood Brothers.

She is probably best remembered for her performance in Evita and the one woman show Tell Me On A Sunday, This was specially written for Marti by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Don Black and provided her with the massive hit 'Take That Look Of Your Face'. More recently she has performed a solo concert at the Royal Albert Hall and a series of critically acclaimed Cabaret performances alongside Tommy Steele, in the Glenn Miller Story at the London Coliseum in 2018.

In this one off event Marti will not only sing all her greatest hits, but also in an amusing and engaging style, recall the many entertainers and producers/directors she has worked with. Don't miss this rare opportunity to enjoy an evening celebrating a glittering stage and recording career.

"Marti Webb didn't fail to impress and I found myself transfixed in awe during her performance."
West End Wilma.
