From Keswick: Take the A66 west towards Cockermouth. At Braithwaite turn west onto the B5292 for Lorton. Follow Visitor Centre Sign Posts.
Join these guided mountain bike rodes for women. Riding the Blue route at Whinlatter (4.5 miles) the group ride at the pace of the slowest rider, so that no one is left behind. It's an ideal opportunity to increase your confidence on the trails and ios a brilliant way to get fit and have fun! The group always reward themselves with cake in the cafe afterwards.
Mountain bikes are are essential for this ride as are helemts. you will need to bring a drink and snack and a spare inner tube would be a good idea too. As the route can get wet, a spare change of clothes is recommended.
