Ideal base for walking, sailing and touring or very comfortable for a relaxing holiday.  Walk into Keswick across a countryside footpath, approximately 15-20 minutes or wander down to Derwentwater and the marina only a 5 minute walk away in Portinscale, just past the tearooms.

Private parking on drive for 2 cars.

Well behaved pets by arrangement. Non smoking.

From M6 junction 40 take A66 to Keswick, do not turn off into Keswick follow A66 and take second turning westbound on roundabout then second on left signposted Portinscale, follow road into village and take first right after The Farmers Arms into High Portinscale, The Beeches is the first house on the right behind the large beech hedge.
