Rowanwood is a one bedroom flat, with a double bed and Z-bed suitable for one child. It has the great advantage of being only a few yards away from the shops and cafes of the town, and yet looks out over the park to the mountains of Latrigg and Skiddaw at the front, and over the rooftops to Waller Crag and the Derwent valley from the bedroom. Being on the second floor, the views from the flat are the more spectacular. A small Spar food store is just behind the flat, and there is a bigger supermarket in the town.

Rowanwood has fitted carpets throughout, and comprises a good size Living Room, with three piece suite, coal effect electric fire, radio, colour TV, video and DVD player.
