Low Brigham is a quiet lane near the old railway line which now forms the lovely footpath to Threlkeld. Primrose Cottage has full gas central heating, double glazing, a modern kitchen and bathroom, yet it still retains its homely character and charm. It has been nicely decorated and offers beautifully clean, comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to 5.
The cottage has a small patio garden to the rear and garden furniture is provided for the summer months.
Your dog is welcome provided it is never left in the house unattended and that you are careful not to allow it onto the beds or furniture. You must ensure there is no evidence of your pet in the cottage or outside when you vacate the property.
The lounge has a colour television, DVD and flame effect Dimplex electric fire. There is an open fire in the dining room which also has a radio and a second television and DVD player.
The kitchen has been fitted with modern wood units and has a gas cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, automatic washing machine/tumble drier, a microwave, food mixer, blender and well equipped cupboards. Hot water is on constant supply from a gas combi-boiler.
The bathroom is on the ground floor beyond the kitchen and has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin.
Bedrooms - a single bedroom and two double bedrooms.
A cot and high chair can also be provided.
All beds have continental quilts and bed linen is provided. Electricity is by £1 coin meter. Gas and coal are supplied free of charge. Please bring your own towels (arrangements can be made for towels to be provided for overseas guests or if you are using public transport).
