Meadow View

Meadow View is a cosy one bedroom 19th Century Stone Built Lakeland Holiday Cottage. located in the spectacular setting of Naddle Valley, just 10 minutes from Keswick in the Northern Lake District.

Completely renovated for 2011, the holiday cottage has a lovely traditional feel, including original beams in the lounge, and a wood burning stove for those cooler days, but also having modern fixtures and fittings for a perfect holiday.

Surrounded by fields to the front and open fell land to the rear, Meadow View is the ideal location for a truly quiet get-a-way or for the more energetic a great base for walking with numerous walks from the doorstep. Three of the highest mountains Helvellyn, Blencathra and Skiddaw are all within a short 15 minutes drive.

Outside is a lovely stone walled garden with outdoor furniture and magnificent views. At the end of the garden is ample private parking for 2 cars and also the original wash house where you will find the washing machine, tumble dryer and secure storage for bikes/outdoor equipment.

Please note that from the end of March 2012 we cannot take any more bookings with pets, very sorry, but please be aware that some of our forward bookings have a dog.
