The double fronted, end terrace cottage is situated in the centre of the village of Portinscale, just next to the village tearoom and just minutes from the local village pub and marinas. On the ground floor you enter the property through the porch which offers space to hang jackets. The cosy beamed lounge has an Inglenook fireplace housing a wood burning stove, flat screen, smart TV., CD. docking station, wifi and dining area. Recently refurbished, the cottage retains all the original features of a traditional Lakeland cottage yet at the same time offers modern fixtures, comfort and style. A small yet characterful front garden has outdoor seating to enjoy that 'post hike' drink on sunny afternoons and evenings. The cottage serves as a wonderful bolthole for couples, small groups of friends or families.
