Situated in an ideal location for exploring the Lakes.

From Penrith, take A66 to Keswick, after 17 miles turn off left signposted to Keswick.  Follow road to bottom of the hill (The Hawthorns).  At the bottom of the hill turn right towards town centre and Fern Bank House is located on the right hand side of the road approximately 30 yards below the junction.
