This superior, detached 2 bedroomed bungalow is just 10 minutes walk from Keswick’s Market Square, yet is in a quiet location with superb views of the fells. Fell Views has been carefully prepared and thoughtfully equipped. Guests can be assured that the bungalow has been tastefully decorated with quality carpets and furnishings to provide fresh, clean accommodation of a high standard.
It has full double glazing, gas central heating, a garage, lockable shed and ample off street parking. There are extensive views west to the front of the property and to the rear there is a patio area with garden furniture provided for the summer months.
The comfortable lounge has a colour television, DVD, video and electric fire.
The kitchen has quality wooden units, electric oven and gas hob with extractor fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave & washing machine. The tumble drier and freezer are located in the garage.
Conservatory/diner has a seating area with music system.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.
Bedrooms - one double; one bunk bedroom (substantial metal frame with 3ft mattresses). All beds have continental quilts and linen is provided free of charge.
Please bring your own towels (arrangements can be made for towels to be provided for overseas guests or if you are using public transport).
Location
Travelling west towards Keswick from Penrith on the A66 take the first turning left signed to Keswick. Turn right at the junction with the A591 from Ambleside and head downhill past the Twa Dogs public house and continue on until you have passed the Fire Station. Turn left into Blencathra Street which bends to the right after 50 yards. At the right hand bend go straight on up the small rise and then bear left. Fell Views is on the left hand side a little way up the crescent.
