Location

From M6 junction 40 (Penrith) take the A66 to Keswick.
At the roundabout turn left to Keswick on the A5271 Crosthwaite Road.
At the T Junction turn right onto High Hill.
Pass the petrol station on the left and turn right onto Vicarage Hill.
Follow the road round and turn right into Crosthwaite Gardens. Clematis Cottage, 8 Crosthwaite Gardens is at the end of the cul-de-sac on the right hand side.
To the front of the cottage there is a large private block paved parking area.
