Borrowdale is on the 2nd floor and is full of character being built into the main eaves of the house. The apartment boasts the most superb views over the Lake and down towards the Borrowdale Valley.

Skiddaw is the ideal place to be if you wish to relax, unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the Northern Lakes. On the 2nd floor this apartment has great views from every window.

Swinside has recently been renovated to an excellent standard with all rooms being very spacious. The kitchen is newly fitted and has all integrated appliances, while the two bedrooms have oak furniture and beautiful co-ordinating fabrics.

Keepers Cottage is a 300 year old refurbished bungalow with original features and whitewashed walls. With its own garden and seating area and easy access to the lake it is the perfect place from which to enjoy the spectacular surroundings. Sleeps up to 5.

Silver Hill is a fully modernised bungalow on the Lingholm Estate. With its own garden and enclosed driveway this is a real Lake District hideaway.

Each of the 4 apartments and Silver Hill sleep up to 4 offering 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Keepers Cottage sleeps 5, has two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. In this unique location you may be lucky enough to see the roe deer and red squirrels in the private grounds.
