Ann's Corner

Ann’s Corner is a cosy two bedroom, first floor flat in a quiet part of Keswick, suitable for up to 4 adults. Only 5 minutes level walk from the town centre, this modern apartment is an ideal base for exploring the Lake District—either walking or by car. There are walks from the front door to neighbouring fells—or views of fells for the less energetic, including Walla Crag, Skiddaw, Blencathra and Grisedale Pike. Even more fells are easily accessible using your own car or public transport - buses and boats are in easy reach and there is a taxi service just across the street.

The apartment has:

• A lounge with TV, DVD player and radio/CD player
• A modern kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, microwave oven and toaster
• A modern bathroom with bath, toilet and power shower - towels are provided
• Two double bedrooms with all bed linen—one with a double bed, one with two singles
 

Location

Leave the M6 at Junction 40 (Penrith and Keswick)

Follow the A66 westbound towards Keswick for about 16 miles

Take the left exit slip road marked Keswick

Bear left at the first “Give Way” - it's actually straight on!

Turn right at the second “Give Way” at a T Junction onto the A591 towards Keswick Town Centre

After about 0.5 miles turn left by the Conservative Club into Greta Street

Go straight across the crossroads

The flat is on the next corner, opposite a launderette. Park in the street.
