Located just two minutes from the centre of Keswick this second floor apartment is hidden in a tranquil setting. Dating back to the 19th Century, the building was originally a pencil mill and has been converted to provide 9 apartments.

From Penrith follow A66 to Keswick and after 17 miles turn off left signposted to Keswick and follow signs for town centre. Follow Penrith Road along side the river and when you get to War Memorial go straight on past the pedestrian crossing and after 50 yards turn right into Otley Road (immediately after Blencathra Stonecraft shop). Continue for 30 yards, then just as the road bears to the right, the gate into Greta Cottage and Greta Side Court is on your left.
