Sunnyside Guest House

Sunnyside is a stylish Victorian guest house set in a quiet area yet close to the Town centre. All seven bedrooms have been refurbished to a high standard and each has an individual character. Most enjoy fell views. All are en-suite and are well-equipped with colour TV, refreshment making facilities and hairdryer. For special occasions we can arrange in advance to have chocolates, flowers or champagne in the room.

Unlike many guest houses, Sunnyside has retained its spacious and very comfortable guest lounge which has plenty of books, guides and magazines. 

We serve breakfast at individual tables in our airy and attractive dining room and we pride ourselves on serving a really hearty breakfast using fresh Cumbrian produce, cooked to order, to your taste. We offer a vegetarian option and will endeavour to cater for special diets where possible.

Please note: we do not take one night bookings at any time and three nights minimum at Bank Holidays.

Location

From junction 40 on the M6 motorway, take the A66 Westbound for 17 miles. Take the first sign for Keswick. At the give way, bear left, proceed for 1/2 a mile to T-junction, turn right onto A591 past the BP Petrol station. . After 3/4 of a mile you will come to pedestrian traffic lights. Turn left and immediately left again into Southey Street. Sunnyside is about 100 yards on your left hand side.
