Paddock Guest House

The Paddock Guest House in Keswick is a delightful residence of charm and character dating from the mid 1800's.  Situated in a quiet residential area, yet only a few minutes level walk from the town centre, beautiful Fitz Park or the lake shore.

It is an excellent centre for climbing and walking with walks for all abilities and a drying room is available for wet clothing and footwear.

We have six en-suite bedrooms, 4 doubles, 1 twin, 1 family ( sleeping 2 adults and 1 child or can booked as a twin room, with many of the rooms enjoying fell views.

All en-suites have wash basin, shower w.c. and electric shaver point, complimentary shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and flannel.

All rooms  have colour television with freeview, clock radios, hairdryers, information packs, magazines,wine glasses and bottle opener,tea/coffee making facilities, along with hot chocolate, biscuits, and bottled water.

A full English, Vegetarian, Continental or Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon is served in our spacious dining room.

We use Fair Trade and local produce where possible.

Location

The Paddock Guest House is situated in the residential heart of Keswick, 3 minutes from the shops, and town parks, 10 minutes from the lake shore.

Keswick is a thriving Lakeland market town and has plenty of activities for all ages.

You can find us by taking the A591 through the lakes or A66 Penrith to join A591 at Keswick. Follow town centre, pass Twa Dogs Inn, then pass filling station, under railway bridge and take third left into Wordsworth Street, we are immediately on the right
