Located in the heart of the Newlands valley, Littletown Farm nestles at the foot of Catbells with a stunning outlook towards Causey Pike and the surrounding fells. Being only four and a half miles from Keswick this is the perfect location for a day on the fells (numerous routes of all levels directly from the door) or as an idillic base to explore the area by car or cycle.

We offer a warm welcome and endeavor to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. The guesthouse has eight bedrooms including double, twin and family rooms all with en-suite or private facilities.

Our  breakfast is best enjoyed with plenty of time, take in the wonderful views from our dining room  enjoying a full cooked farmhouse breakfast and a well stocked buffet table. Any special dietry requirements can be taken care of, just ask! Packed lunches are available on request for those of you wanting to get staight out onto the hills. Evening meal are available by prior arrangement. We use local, free range produce whenever possible and depending on the time of year we may even have grown it ourselves!

The accommodation is licensed and offers a well stocked bar with local ale and a carefully selected wine list. Free wifi is available.

Location

Take the first left turn off the A66 after the Keswick junctions (traveling West)  signposted Portinscale. Follow this road for a mile and a half taking the second right signposted to Stair. Past the Swinside pub drop down the hill to the Newlands Adventure Centre, take the middle road signposted Littletown and Newlands Church the farm is a mile up this road on the right hand side.
