We are located in a quiet scenic area of the town opposite St John's Church only a few minutes walk from the centre of Keswick and Derwentwater.

Most of our rooms have fabulous views of the fells.

We provide a hearty, freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of choice along with home-made rolls and spreads and FairTrade tea and coffee.

We can't guarantee the weather but we have a sunny patio for watching the world go by and an efficient drying room. We provide a local weather forecast, comfortable lounge with library of walking, climbing, cycling books and guides.
