Castlefell

A warm Cumbrian welcome awaits you at our family run establishment. We have a double room and a family room. Both bedrooms are modernly furnished with en-suite bathrooms and facilities such as a refreshments tray, digital TV/DVD combo, radio alarm clock , central heating and wi-fi.
Both rooms offer splendid views of mountains. We are totally non-smoking.
A locally sourced hearty breakfast (vegetarian options available) is served in the dining room where much information can be found on walks and places of interest in the surrounding area.
We offer drying facilities together with locked storage for bikes.
Only a five minute walk from the town centre and 10 minutes to the lakeshore and ornamental parks passing the new Theatre by the Lake.

Location

From Penrith (A66) and Windermere(A591) head towards town centre and turn left at the roundabout into Tithebarn Street then first right onto the Headlands. Castlefell is around the corner on the left hand side.
From bus station and taxi rank turn right and walk up hill and around the corner onto The Headlands, only 100 yards.
