Peter & Sharon Garner look forward to welcoming you to Burnside B&B their 4 Star Silver Award B&B minutes from Keswick's Market Square, Derwentwater, Castlerigg Stone Circle and stunning North Lakes countryside.

Burnside B&B is recently refurbished to a high standard in an Arts & Crafts style using British period designs & products. Rooms are meticulously clean and have good quality beds & non allergic bedding, individual thermostatically controlled heating, en-suite shower, basin & loo, 26”-32” flat screen TV's + Freeview, clock/radio and free WiFi internet access. To ensure your added comfort en-suites have a good range of complimentary toiletries and large shower & hand towels. Refreshment trays include organic Freetrade teas, coffee, hot chocolate and luxury biscuits. A jug of fresh milk is always available on request. Rooms to the front of the property have fell top views of Cat Bells and Maiden Moor to the rear Latrigg can be seen.

Sharon, a born & bred Keswickian, is a professionally trained caterer and provides an extensive breakfast menu; including English breakfasts, fresh homemade Belgian waffles and vegetarian options. Specialist diet breakfasts and packed lunches are available on request. Peter a keen walker/backpacker, birdwatcher and naturalist has many years experience in Keswick's holiday industry and both he and Sharon are pleased to answer any questions you may have.

We accept credit/debit cards @ no extra cost and for secure online booking have Payment Card Industry Data Securtiy Standard validation.

All gas and electrical installations are serviced and checked by CORGI & ECA approved engineers. A new Fire Alarm system has been installed and Burnside is one of the few accommodation providers in the area independently fire risked assessed to BS PAS79. An Access Statement is available on request. Peter & Sharon are members of Keswick Tourism Assoc. Cumbria Tourism, The Lakes Tourism & Conservation Partnership, Welcome Host accredited and highly rated by Tripadvisor reviews.

N.B. We operate a 2 night min. booking policy. This extends to 3 nights over Bank Holiday week-ends and peak periods. Single occupancy and single night reservations are accepted at our discretion and are subject to a supplement.
