Briar Rigg House

Here at Briar Rigg House we like to give our guests a unique experience. Briar Rigg House is a stunning family house with views set within 2 acres of beautiful gardens. Secure off-street parking, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick and there is excellent walking to be had directly from the house. We want to give you a peaceful relaxing time and provide you with your own private sitting room, wood-burning stove, satellite television including Sky Sports, Wi-fi and no other guests but you! We pay particular attention to the little details that ensure you have a lovely time: top-quality organic bedlinen and towels, wonderful locally-made bathroom products, fresh seasonal flowers, full breakfast made with homemade breads and muffins as well as homemade preserves. All food is locally sourced and where possible organic. Afternoon tea is served on arrival and a daily newspaper is provided for you. We also stock a whole range of up-to-date books, guides and maps of the local area and are happy to help or advise if there are particular things you'd like to do. The bedroom is extremely spacious and comfortable with your own bathroom with wonderful views.

Location

Briar Rigg House is on Brundholme Road, on the north side of Keswick with wonderful views. From the A66, take the Crosthwaite Road exit signposted to the centre of town. Take the first left signposted to the Leisure Centre - you are now on Brundholme Road. Drive c half a mile, past fields on your left and houses on your right. Just past turning on your left signposted Windebrowe and to the Calvert Trust, there is a gate on your right-hand side signed 'Briar Rigg House'.
