31 the Square offers breakfast from 07.30 to 09.30am and dinner from 6.00 to 9.30pm. The Conservatory / Bar Lounge offers various menus from 9am to 9pm.

Table d'hote and a la carte menus offer delicious classic dishes cooked using fresh local meats, game, fish and vegetables prepared by our Head Chef and his Brigade and to round off the meal we also offer one of the finest selections of local cheeses in the county including our very own Skiddaw Damson Cheese made especially for the hotel.
