Easedale House

Easedale House is a four-star Bed and Breakfast Guest House ideally situated in central Keswick, with Derwentwater and the fells a short stroll away.

We have 9 spacious en-suite bedrooms offering flexible accommodation to suit to a variety of guests; with twin, double and family rooms. All are equipped with flat-screen TV/DVD, complimentary refreshment tray, hairdryers, toiletries, glasses and a bottle opener. Three of our double rooms are Superior standard, these have a little more space, king-size beds (your choice of a romantic Victorian iron bedstead,  or traditional canopied or contemporary four-posters),  and are en-suite with full-sized bath, shower over and bathrobes.

Breakfast is served in our bright, airy Dining Room. After a first course of Cereals, Fruit, Yoghourts, Jams and Toast, a full Cumbrian breakfast is freshly cooked using free range eggs, local bacon and sausage (full vegetarian option available) and fair-trade tea and coffee.

We welcome walkers and cyclists with our secure bike storage, drying room and packed lunches.

Location

From M6 junction 40, follow the A66 for 17 miles, turning off at the first sign for Keswick
Follow signs for the town centre until you see a set of pedestrian traffic lights
Turn left just before these lights and immediately left into Southey Street
