There are six good sized bedrooms - two double en-suite, one king-size double en-suite (which can be converted to a twin room if required), one standard twin room (shared bathroom), one single en-suite and one standard single (shared bathroom). All rooms have digital flat screen Television, free Wi-Fi, fresh Towels, Tea and Coffee making facilities (including Kit Kats), Radio/Alarm Clock and Hairdryer.
We provide a variety of hearty lakeland breakfasts, including a cereal and fruit salad / yoghurt buffet, porridge, ample toast, teas and coffee and can cater for most guest’s dietary requirements (just let us know at time of booking). Packed lunches are also available at a nominal cost and we will be pleased to fill your flask with tea or coffee free of charge, just drop it off at breakfast. When you arrive back from your busy day, home-made cake will be waiting for you!

We are Outdoors people and Outdoors friendly, welcoming both walkers & cyclists as well as other adventurers and those here for the scenery and a relaxing break. We have separate space where we can dry your wet coats & boots overnight plus a fully secure back yard for overnight storage of bicycles. We have extensive knowledge of the surrounding area and can help you with ideas for walks and activities. You can access a wide range of fells, adventure activities, boat hire, The Derwentwater Launch, Cinema and Theatre by the Lake from our Guest House as well as many cafes, pubs and restaurants.

We are totally non-smoking and unfortunately, due to the fact that we have no dedicated family rooms, are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12. Neither do we accept pets.
Whatever brings you to Keswick and the beautiful landscape of the surrounding lakes and fells, we aim to make your stay with us an enjoyable and memorable one.

We look forward to meeting you, Nigel and Debra.
