We provide 5, 4 star, non smoking, en-suite bedrooms - 1 Superking / twin, 1 family and 3 doubles. All our en-suites have wash basins, showers, WCs and complimentary toiletries. All rooms have colour TV / DVD with freeview, clock radios, hairdryers, information packs, magazines, tea/coffee making facilities, along with hot chocolate, biscuits, and bottled water. Fresh milk is alwlays available in the guest fridge.
In addition to the Visit England 4 star award we have the Breakfast award as well as our Walker and Family friendly awards.
Enjoy a tasty breakfast with a full and varied menu to suit all tastes using local produce wherever possible and free range eggs.
We also offer a packed lunch service for your convenience
Peacefully yet centrally located with the town centre and Lake Derwentwater just a five minute walk away, we are the ideal base for walking, cycling or touring.
Location
On arriving in Keswick, turn into Penrith Road which runs adjacent to the River Greta. Follow the road to the war memorial and turn left and then immediately left onto Southey Street. At the end of Southey Street turn left and Seven Oaks is just on the left.
